本機用于將φ9.5mm鋁合金桿及普通鋁桿拉制成φ2.1--4.5mm的鋁合金線或普鋁線。拉線輪采用一列式傾斜排列, 連續(xù)拉制, 機械電氣速度均衡匹配, 操作方便, 能實現(xiàn)快速換模,自動不停機換盤收線。本機具有操作方便, 生產(chǎn)效率高, 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好等優(yōu)點. This machine is mainly used to draw φ9.5mm aluminum alloy rod or ordinate aluminum rod into φ2.1--4.5mm aluminum alloy wire or ordinatie aluminum wire. The drawing cones are rowed in a in-line lean way and it can draw wires continuously. Electricity and the velocity match propotionally so it can realize auto-changing of models and auto-changing of coils and taking-up without power off.
